Everything was just excellent. It was a quite, peaceful house in a lovely leafy district. The rooms were newly decorated and everything you needed was thought of. Breakfast was delightful, in the garden room.
This is a wonderful small guest house on a quiet street. It is only 1 mile from the Royal Mile and Castle so you can walk or bus it. I got a special deal if I stayed more than 3 nights - free bus tickets throughout my stay- which made life so easy. I managed to get right around the city and access things I didn't even know was there (I have visited Edinburgh on many occassions).
The rooms are beautiful and bathrooms with shower - perfectly clean and sparkling.
Breakfast - menu on table with good choices.
Best place I've stayed in Scotland and will definately go back. Maybe I'll see you there..
