I loved this place!
The service at Valentines is stellar. Verona & Justin and their staff were very helpful and friendly, and the atmosphere is family-oriented. Whether you are travelling alone, couple, with a family/infants, group.. Great place - all guests seem to interact. We met alot of interesting ppl during our stay there!
Valentine's is about a 5min walk from the main towncentre, and movie theatre, 2mins from a food supermarket, takeaways, bus depot (to go to the wharf, and various villages.. incl. lalomanu), fresh fruit/vege market, and about 10mins from a fish market. They also have a bar ('City Limits') with reasonable priced drinks and fantastic food.
The rooms, bathroom facilities (warning: only cold showers!) are kept clean and tidy. Also has a washing machine (operated by staff only), a self-service kitchen (all crockery & utensils available) with a fridge/freezer that everyone shares. Breakfast is included - fruit, toast, eggs, coffee/tea and is very nice! I think we even had pancakes one time. Internet connection is available, as are international calling cards from the front desk.
Rates are extremely cheap for such a great location & service.
