Our guesthouse is very well maintained and spacious and is only a few blocks away from downtown Cusco.Our facilities have plenty of hot water and cable TV. Casa Familiar Ochoa is a very well located and maintained Bed and Breakfast. We especially appeal to the traveller who does not want to spend too much on their lodging but still wants quality service. As it is family-owned, we treat our guests like part of the family.Weï¿½re happy to help you get to know our beautiful city, and we even have tours!

Great stay!!!

I was traveling solo and stayed with the Ochoa family for a week. It was a great experience!!! Even though I said I would call them as soon as I got to the airport they were already outside waiting for me. Very nice couple who made me feel safe and comfortable. Warm shower and great view of the city. Downtown was a little further than I expected but it was nice to walk there. I highly recommend this house if you are going to Cusco.

A wonderful place!

Thank you very much Mr. and Mrs, Ochoa for your very nice and warm hospitality. Your hostal is well located at omly 15 minutes from the Plaza de Armas. Your room was very clean, safe and with hot water. I felt like I was at home with your warmth and your good food. Unbelievable experience.

We felt like at home. From the moment we arrived, the Ochoas treated us as part of their family. The place is very clean and absolutely safe. We left all of our staff with the Ochoa´s while we went on a hike around the Andes for 4 days. They gave us a key before we left so that we could get back to our room any time we wanted when we returned. They are some of the most loving people we have met in our livetime. Next time we visit Cusco we will definitely stay with them again.

Incredible value

The Ochoa’s were terrific hosts. We felt like members of the family and always had great advice about where to eat and what to see. The rooms are clean and the view from the roof superb. Without a doubt, the Ochoa’s were the highlight of the hostel experience.

Thank you so much for the attention, I definitedly want to go back..Renan and Luisa were really friendly and The view from the last floor is really amazing. Also they didnt charge us for leaving the bags on the place and they even help us to talk with the people on the agency even though it was not their responsability. The only thing I dislike was not having enough time to spent in Cusco

More than just another hotel

The service was superb! The owners are the actual hosts and make you feel like a king! Besides, the rooms were quite large and the amenities generous. The residential are were it is located is very, very, safe, yet it is very close to all touristic attractions in the city of Cusco. It has a huge supermarket across the street and it is within walking distance of the main Post Office as well as the Main Square. The cleanliness was also impressive. We felt we had to recommend this family to others, they really make you feel at home, Tim Herder

Best Bed and Breakfast in town

This was truly our best choice among all the hotels we stayed at in South America. The hosts were very friendly and knowledgeable and treated us like family. The breakfast was superb. The rooms impeccable. And the location safe and quiet, right next to a huge supermarket that has it all for prolonged stays, even though it was not right next to the main plaza, the residential area where this small hotel is located is just 15 minutes walking distance from the main tourist attraction in town (the Plaza de Armas and its surrounding buildings). It was incredible to receive such a personalized service at such a discounted rate. We are looking forward to visit it again! Jonathan and Rachel
