All furnished, with private bathroom and kitchenette, TV and free internet access, all with view on the river, 5 minutes walking distance to the Damsquare,just at 200 meters from the Flower Market and the Rembrandsquare and 5 minutes by tram to the Cenral Station. If you are looking for a place right in the old city centre of Amsterdam, Eva's Apartments Services is your best choice. Minimum bookings required of three nights.We ask an end cleaning fee of 23 EUR for our studios check in from 1 PM till 10 PM at Amstel 16(please mention your arrival time and we will wait for you there)check out - 11 AM Cancellation with 72 hours prior to arrival is free of charge. In case of late cancellation or no show, we charge the amount for the first night.
