It is an unreasonably over-priced unclean and low-grade hotel. Although they confirmed our booking over phone twice, on arrival we were denied any rooms! The manager's point was clear - "since we don't have any room we can't provide you one. Go whererever you want, we can't do anything. Doesn't matter whether some employee has confirmed the booking over phone - that is his fault, not the hotel's".
Finally they were ready to offer us one double room (we were 6 people and booked 3 bedrooms- which, in fact, was also mentioned in their register). But the (standard non-AC) room was very small. The bathroom was dirty, the flush didn't work. No towel, no soap, no drinking water. The lift didn't work.
The hotel's restaurant is awful and the staffs, including the manager, are very rude, uncooperative and unresponsive. In fact, many of our fellow travellers staying in Soorya International had similar complaints including unavailability of pre-booked rooms.
