I had fun!

I thought this hostel was good. The staff are very friendly, all meals are included and most of them were good (the lunches I would consider 'average' was when we got a sandwich, but that was only once). They also have various activities like crab racing and fijian dancing in the evenings. The accommodation is basic; you live in dorms / houses mixed in amongst the village so expect to be woken up by the roster. We stayed 3 people (myself, mother & sister - my mum was the only person over 35) in a 'double family bure' which was really just a fancy name for 3 single beds crammed in a room with ensuite.
If you put your name down for a snorkelling trip or something, make sure the time you think it leaves, is the actual time they leave. I know everyone talks about Fiji Time but they left at 11am when we were expecting 2pm so after looking for us (we were walking all the way round the island), they left without us :( Don't be put off by the some what unhelpful ladies at reception.
