Just short note! Stay there in Last 10, Nov07, Love their service , cleanliness, location and facilities... 15 USD for me to stay a night there with... Clean room, AC, Wi fi internet, Fitness center, tour agent desk for buying tickets, arrange transportation and so on ..so on... Recommended.!! John, Canada

Just a short note that I have stay in Mandalay Inn in Dec, 06. My experience with them was really fantastic with such a well arranged private tour for me and my partner. The price is quite fair with the service with we got. We were lucky that we have booked tour package in advance as ther was other guest could not find the guide. Their arrangement was so nice and very knowledgeable owner. Refer to one of the post about tour package, seem to be their competitor.Also suspect that the price have been agreed and the booking is confirmed. Why there is complaint? Loads of information on the internet are avaialble. I completely not agree. For me, I have ask the quote. I love the quote. Book it. Love their service and owner couple too. Want to save some money, agree for do it on your own, take your own risk. Wish not to spend more than booking package :) However, we love all staff and owner there. Wish successful 2007! I was suprise at first sight, coz the place look a bit old from outside but fantastic dsign and set up. The room is huge, clean with hand made furniture. Service is unforgetable. Honest and relible tour info given is very useful. Definately will back. Micheal Baschler USA

Mandalay Inn genuine hospitality & their attention to the needs of the guests is commendable. I was so drawn in with their attention,I really like coming back to Mandaly Inn, it is a good homecoming for me. The owner is quite knowledgeable and can organize just about anything you want in Siem Reap and perhaps all of Cambodia and not to mention Myanmar.
