Villa Klothilde*** is a centrally located and relaxed family-run establishment. The skilifts are just behind our house and the centre of Zell am See, it's lake, which is wonderfull for skating or just walking from one side to the other, the recreational centre with swimming-hall, sauna, solarium and bowling are all only a few minutes away on foot! There is a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops in our part of the town. Due to the renovation in autumn 2003 we may offer you new appartements and rooms at top standard! Also new this winter is our elevator and a fire protection plant for the whole house and of course our breakfast-buffet!Arriving with your car - you got a safe parking lot just in front of our house! Arriving by train - you have only 2 minutes walking disdance to our house! We are dedicated to make Villa Klothilde*** a place where our guests feel welcome, relaxed, comfortable and able to unwind from their busy lives.
