Worst owner - extremely unprofessional

Extremely unprofessional service from the manager. The room I booked was not provided to me, they gave it to someone else and gave me a much smaller room after I secured the other room with a cash deposit. My arrival was unexpected, I was waiting outside in the cold for about 15 minutes before a stranger came out of nowhere to let me in and ask me what I wanted (after already securing my room with a deposit). My booking was mishandled by 3 different people and the owner would not refund me the remainder of my deposit after staying one night when I did not want to continue my stay after she failed to provide me with the requested room.
She was also on the phone telling another customer that they could not have the room they had booked previously because she gave it to someone else because they did not put down a deposit even though she had previously told them she booked the room for them. She displayed the most unprofessional service I have ever seen in the history of customer service, engaging in a nasty petty fight with me despite my professionalism in seeking simply the remainder of my deposit!
The room was small, the house has musty old smells but the worst part was the unwelcoming service and the unprofessional conduct after I wanted to leave and she did not want to refund me the remainder of my deposit.
Stay away no matter how cheap, your experience will be ruined to deal with a nasty person such as her, your accomodation experience is too important to let it be mishandled and made unpleasant by having to deal with the owner.
