provided poor service and staff poorly trained would not stay there agian.hotel literature states hot food available 24 hrs but only if the cheff has not gone home..complaints not responded to.rooms not ready on arrival,be prepared to wait a few hours and be told to wander round ayr itself untill the rooms are made up.If you are prepared to pay top dollar for this hotel my advise is dont
