Waldorf Bankside, Auckland

We were really happy with the Waldorf Bankside Apartments following our 4 night stay. It's a modern, nicely designed serviced apartments with limited facilities but in a good location. The free .internet is a nice touch, as is the washing machine in the room and the rest of the kitchen.. We had a good sized balcony with a nice view of the water, and the apartment was very clean. .We have security car parking within 100 m from the complex.Overall though, this apartments offers great value for money and I would definitely recommend it.

Had a great room and the view outside was spectacular! THe desk made us feel welcome and we talked to them everytime we left the hotel. Only thing i would suggest is booking this at SweetHotelDeals. N e t

The location of Bankside Waldorf Apartments is very central- only 400 m from the main railway station, 300 m from the shops in Queen Street and from Auckland University. We stayed in a large studio hotel apartment with balcony with nice views.The apartment had a kitchen,laundry and internet service.We had parking and the building has a very good security.Modern, very clean and spacious accommodation at bargain rate in Auckland City. Very suitable for holiday or just visiting the city.

Stayed for 3 nights in a fully serviced and equipped studio apartment in Bankside Waldorf Apartments in Auckland.Very good location only 3 minutes walk to our office in the Vero complex in Shortland Street. Fully equipped,spacious,very clean and looked after hotel apartment with full kitchen,laundry and veranda with nice water views. Very close to the main restaurants areas in the city, only 800 m from the Auckland water front. Very good value for money, good and free internet service. We were very happy with our choice.

We have stayed for 5 weeks in Waldorf Bankside apartments in Auckland City. The location is very central, near most of the exciting areas of this beautiful water front city. We had a nice,spacious studio serviced apartment with a good deck with water view as well as full kitchen,internal laundry,A/C great and cheap internet service. The apartment was very secured, clean and fully furnished for a comfortable extended stay. Great value and quality of stay when you compare it to hotel room cost.The concept is great especially when you stay for extended business trip.

Great great Auckland City location, Spacious,clean,modern fully furnished and equipped studio hotel apartment accommodation with great views from the veranda. We stayed in Waldorf Bankside for 5 nights and had great time. Good internet service. The apartment have full kitchen, laundry and nice views.Very reasonable rate.Good deal.

We stayed for 3 nights at the Waldorf Bankside apartments after reading some very good reviews on tripadvisor. We paid around $95 per night. if one wants a good quality accommodation with cooking facilities ,laundry ,ventral location and at a great price, this place is the right one. The apartment was clean, very airy and really well equipped. We took the studio apartment rather than the 1 bedroom apartment after seeing both. The studio apartment are open plan ab d quite spacious with a nice verandah The on site managers the apartments were good- being polite,helpful and very efficient. We felt at home in Bankside apartments

- joke of a water view. The merest glimpse between office buildings or in the far distance. You'd be far more likely to see the top of the multi-storey car park that is directly opposite and beyond that the ghastly 70's office block. - crummy furniture, straight out of a secondhand shop - poorly-designed interior - acres of space for kitchen facilities, no space for bedside table - smoke detector positioned directly over bed, means flashing lights all night immediately overhead. Insane. - prison-like decor on landings. Bare concrete, bare steel girders, bare strips of metal. For real! Experience the worst that Auckland has to offer at the Waldorf Bankside, if you dare.

Stayed here 6 nights at the start of my NZ training programe . Although our studio hotel apartment was basic , it was spacious,spotlessly clean, fully furnished & equipped including good internet service - at the rate we were charged it was excellent value. As the . storage wasn't a problem .. Location is quite great - short walk to everything in Auckland. SEcurity Car park across the road. The onsite management good so we felt very secured Would stay here again though as it was great value, central and very pleasnat stay.

Bankside Waldorf Serviced apartment location is great just easy walking from the water frot, queen St & Aucklan uni where we had 1 week training programe. Our apartment was fully furnished, clean, tidy with kitchen & internal laundry as well as nice verand with some water views. Our car parking was about 40 m from our door step. Very secured complex ( important for females travellers) and responsible on site managemnt which made our stay more please- good place to stay!
