Staff completely dedicated to put a smile on customers' faces. Between them, it appears they know more languages than you can count, so any issues can be fixed quickly. We were there 8 days, and the single glitch was that the whirlpool was not heated, but we were so busy it didn't matter to us. Outstanding, creative and abundant food, rooms were comfortable and modern, if you did not get something, you probably did not ask. Well worth the expense, including the airfare. We will be back, definitely THE place to be in Rimini!
