Tsokkos Gardens Hotel, Dublin

Stayed August 2005. Told short walk through gardens to beach - acurate if you include crossing two roads and cutting through the back exit of another hotel. Stayed in apartments due to booking error. Cigarette butts in hallway on second day of holiday and still there on day of departure 12 days later. Entertainment poor at best, great if you are six years old but other than that give a miss. Whole place shut down by midnight, managers chasing you out of the place!!!!!!! Pool was good and food mainly good, if wanting trips out go down to pernera and book at local office good value. Also boat trip advertised in foyer of hotel (not the one with Thomas Cook) excellent value for money and great day out.
