BEST WESTERN Central Hotel, LANúS

The staff/owner were amazing. They helped us through some difficult times, as we were not able to get into Brazil. The staff set up reservations and travel for events around the city. They are multi-lingual. Almost all spoke English, which came in handy as we are from Canada. They say the hotel is 3 star. I would give it 5 stars. The room we had was clean and spacious with a balcony. The cleaner was efficient, and helpful. There is a restaurant which delivers to the room, it is not part of the hotel. The service is very good. They have free internet service, which was extremely helpful in our situation (with teenagers). The location is in a middle class neighbourhood, and centrlly located. Neighbouring restaurants were excellent, and lots of night life near by. I had much better service than from other 5 star hotels I visited in my travels. If you plan a holiday in Buenos Aires, I would recommend this hotel, as it is centrally located and the staff are efficient and accomodating to all. We now still have contact with some of the staff.
