Smoke everywhere
The good- beautiful physical plant...marble, granite, tile, and cherry everywhere. Very nice people and everyone (when you could find one) anxious to help.
The bad- every part of this facility smells...very smokey. They could take some air handling lessons from the better of the Vegas casinos, who allow smoking but control the atmosphere far better. Even our non-smoking room smelled alot.
The ugly- Needs some lessons on service. When we tried to go to the upscale restaurant for dinner, we were told it would be an hour and a half wait, but half the tables were empty. The next morning, we had to wait for a breakfast table in the one and only place open in the casino for breakfast. We were told that while the place was virtually empty, they only had two waitresses. When we finally got seated, we waited ten minutes for a waitress (who was very nice, but clearly overloaded), then over a half hour for oatmeal and two fried eggs. You would think they would want people in gambling, not sitting in a restaurant twiddling their fingers.
