We just stayed in this hotel after going to see Day out with Thomas in Strasburg, PA. The hotel is only 5 miles away to the railroad stations, as well as to Dutch Wonderland and some other local attractions. Our room was a typical room. Two queen beds with refrigerater, micro, etc. Everything was clean. Free continental breakfast was normal hotel food, nothing fancy unless you count waffles as fancy. Juice machine only worked on cranberry. There was a small pool but we had to ourselves most of the time. Overall a great family place to stay when visiting the area.

we are retired, went to lancaster for a party. My wife won`t stay anyplace without a pool. First night she said the pool was not very clean and complained to the person at the desk who said it is inspeceted every week. Next night she said it was slimmy and look like snot floating around. She did not go in or report it. Enough for this place.

This motel was very clean and the rooms large. Breakfast was adequate for continential breakfast. The pool is small and although the room and water temperature was warm it was still very refreshing. Small exercise room but very clean. Would stay here if we came back to this area.

When we booked this hotel, we were worried it was too far away from all the excitement. Boy we were wrong. When we got there, we liked the fact that it was quieter and away from the hustle and bustle. It was a quick 5 minute drive to Dutch Wonderland, outlets, and everything we wanted to see. We stayed two nights in a regular room w/ 2 queen beds. The second day on a whim, we decided to extend our stay. We were able to get a room and stay another night, but we had to change rooms. We ended up w/ the Executive Suite. It was so nice: A king size bed in it's own bedroom, a kitchen w/ full size fridge, a pull-out sofa, the bathroom was large. It was perfect for our family. We joked that we should have booked the Executive Suite for the whole stay. We will definitely stay at this Sleep Inn again. And next time we're going to book the Executive Suite for the whole stay. Very pleased w/ this hotel!

The room was claen and neat staff friendly pool not heated (was still COLD in july not even a little warm the room the pool is in was HOT!!!) Pool water was cloudy NOT CLEAR & SPARKLING can hear the people above you alot if your on the 1st floor every step they take With a little work it could be a 10 again

Very spacious room. Single bed rooms have one bed side one living room side. Staff was courteous and friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Room was cleaned spotless everyday. Breakfast was nice. Got a very good value on the room for booking early, no problems with pricing. Would go back and recommend to others.

We confirmed our res for a late check-in at 6pm - no problem, they said. When we arrived at 10pm they informed us there was no TV in the room due to a lightning strike, we could talk to mgmt in the morning about a discount on the room (at 10pm we really had no other option, we may have if we were informed at our earlier call). We also had no PHONE! When we checked out at 9 a.m. we got NO discount ... "because we got a good rate by booking thru the internet he was not able to give us a discount [for having NO basic amenities]". No phone ... is this even legal? Not even 911. No TV. No discount!?! Not even a dollar. All they provided was a bed for a few hours ... not worth the "great rate".

this place is clean,new and nice.But they change prices on hotels nightly stay compared to national web site.then also try to charge you for safe in room which I didnt even know it was there.Be very careful if staying here and get bill in writing prior to signing in.We are also seniors w/aarp

The place was clean, in a good location and my kids were excited to have their first stay in a hotel. They enjoyed their first night in the pool, that was fun! Until the next day we go in and the hotel owner's daughter and friend were in the pool. As soon as her Daddy left, the daughter and her friend DOVE (which was prohibited, per the big black letters on the deck) into the pool right in front of us and SPLASHED us with water and then giggled about it. I think that's pathetic for someone to do. She probably figured since Daddy owned the hotel she could treat the patrons however she wanted. I will NOT go back to this hotel for that reason alone. Then when we went back down that night to swim, there were OVER 20 teeny boppers (probably daughter's friends) in the pool. NO ROOM for us PAYING patrons to swim. Hotel management is LACKING big time at that place.

Indoor heated pool not heated. Required 5 complaints to front desk over 2 days to resolve problem. All they had to do was turn it on. This may sound petty but when you are traveling with a 3 year old, a heated pool is a big deal. Other than that the place is just average and although the price was great, it just wasn't worth what we saved in end. Will not return.
