Comfort Suites at South Broadway Mall, Tyler

Some staff was friendly and courteous.Some was not. Did not want to give you extra towels nor pillows had you to sign for them like you were gonna take them home with you. Another part of my family has asked for handi-caped room and did not get one. They were put on the 3rd fl.with her daughter in wheelchair.The receptionist laughed at my sister when she told her that her husband was handi-caped. We stayed two nights and my familyor relatives do plan to stay her again.

Tyler has many hotels, however this is our first choice when are on business or pleasure in that area. The staff is awesome (Stacy at the front desk is SUPER) and the building is well kept in a secure area. The inside pool/hot tub and free breakfast are just bonuses to an overall pleasant experience. I have stayed here atleast 7 times in the past two years, and plan to be there again in the near future. I don't understand the person who rated this hotel a one star; if you want reservations, call the reservation desk offered by Choice hotels, they handle all our reservations from local to our recent stay in Europe! Sounds to me like someone was unhappy to be away from home on business.

Our stay was five nights, four days..rooms very clean, everything works, breakfast very satisfactory..staff very good..esp breakfast area attendant..pool very clean. overall service the best I've seen in years..

Very clean room and facilities. We have stayed in other hotels in Tyler and this is the best one for the price and service. Will stay again.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. Exercise equipment not working but the hot tub and indoor pool was nice. Free internet in the rooms a plus.
