Comfort Suites Deer Park, Deer Park

The service and location are great. I do wish there were some nice restaurants nearby. The rooms are large and clean. The building itself is really nice.

Hallways were hot and humid. Carpet was dirty and worn. Air conditioner in room was very loud. Took a long time to check in. Some TV channels had no sound. There was the smell of smoke in some areas inside the hotel even though it is supposed to be non-smoking. Pass this place by. You can do better for the price.

The carpets in the hallway were dirty. The furniture in our room was stained. Email can be checked in the business center but because of security settings, email cannot be sent. Despite the fact that this has been a non-smoking hotel for a while, our room reeked of smoke. It was like sleeping in an ashtray. Breakfast was nothing special. Try the Hampton Inn across the street. It is much cleaner.

This hotle was wonderful in many ways, me and my kids stayed here and the kids just loved it. They had a pool table room, that was just the neatest thing. They also had a Texas shaped hot tub wich the kids loved, and there fitness center was great it had alot to of offer. Breakfast was Fantastic. Very Very good. The rooms were Very Very Clean and nice. Very Big. The staff there was Awesome. They were there at our beck in call. If we had a problem they fixed it. If i was in the area agin, this would be the place to stay.

Our family, My Self, My Husband and our 7 month old baby, stayed at this hotel when our pipe busted in the kitchen of our home. We were staying for an undetermined amount of time while repairs were being done. One day I got a phone call stating that the hotel was fully booked and we needed to leave. They said that we had given them that day as a check-out date. We never did. The "proof" that they offered was a paper that my husband had signed that had our original check out date as the same day that we checked in crossed out and todays date written in.(why would we check in at 6:22pm and check out that same day?) My husband never initialed the new check out date, because we never gave it. The hotel had our credit card # and there was more than enough to cover the bill on it. I called customer relations because there is a card in the room for 100% satisfaction. I didn't want the room for free, I just wanted to be satisfied, but I was told my situation didn't apply. I feel we were used as a "scape goat" ( for lack of a better tearm) when the hotel overbooked. This is not the way I would want to spend my vacation, much less my home repair problems.

An oasis in a gritty, grimy industrial setting. Nothing close by. The staff was VERY friendly and the accomodations were nice. Short drive to Houston.

I just had my wedding in Deer Park, this hotel was my choice for my out of town family and friends. They had a great experience with the staff and amenities at the hotel. The staff took care of the wedding party like it was the most important event in town. My nephew and uncle loved using the computers that were hooked up to the internet!! Thanks to the manager and staff!
