Holiday Inn Express Suites Hill City, Hill City

Nice hotel and nice location. Bathroom was dirty with hair on the floor, we cald room service they came when we were out and did not clean up the mess. We cald again when we returned they then came and cleaned it up. But the breakfast was hot and good, overall the room was nice as was the poll. I would stay again. Staff also seemed eager to help but maybe a little inexperienced.

A great big 5*****. The hotel accomodations were very nice. Quiet and peaceful. The service was terrific. Staff were very courteous and helpful. The location is convenient to all of the "tourist attractions". It is also located just about 3 blocks from a very quaint downtown area with several good eating places and nice shops. Some of the eating places do not take credit cards, but there are ATM machines in these places so you can get cash. The continental breakfast was varied and adequate. The other amenities such as a pool, hot tub, laundry came in handy. Would definitely stay there again!!!

I took a trip to the Black Hills in early July. The staff was quite friendly and the pool was very nice. The hotel was in a convient location near both Mount Rushmore and Crazy Horse. and just down the street from the 1880 train. The black hills is a great vacation place but the other tourists drivers leave their brains at home and drive stupidly or way too fast. especailly the people from california and new york. but otherwise the hotel and the hills are GREAT!

we were there for the 4th of July-stayed 3 nights and it was wonderful. Great breakfast, clean hotel, friendly staff. Not more than 10 minutes from Mt. Rushmore..easy drive. When in keystone, you have to ride the presidental slide..our family had a blast.
