Very helpful desk staff

The male desk staff was wonderful he gave me directions to the hotel when I was lost 3 times and did not get irritated!! The room was very nice, clean and the continental breakfast was very good and had a great selection. One of the day shift desk staff was less than pleasant. The hotel is in a great location and very easy to find Camp LeJeune and all the stores and restaurants on my first visit to Jacksonville.
 
 
 
 
 
Would NEVER stay at any Sleep Inn

As soon as we entered our room on the 1st of 5 nights, the room stunk like mold. The bathroom shower was filled with hair and the toilet had not been cleaned. We went to speak with the front desk but was obviously interupting their TV time. After 2 nights I was finaly able to speak to a manager who hussled around from room to room. The second room had 2 inches of mold surrounding the shower, and the 3rd room had pizza boxes and beer cans. After speaking with the manager for the final time, he seemed eager for us to take our buisness elsewhere, which we did!

We will never go back!!!

This was my first time visiting Jacksonville, NC and my second time staying at a Sleep Inn. I will never stay at this hotel or any other Sleep Inn. The room had a bed smell to it, a water stain in the ceiling, and the covers smelled bad. We later realize that the carpet was wet and we could not be moved to another room because the hotel was full. I spoke with someone at the front desk who assured me that I would get something off the room and that did not happen because the manager was not on duty when I checked out. I Will never stay at a Sleep Inn again!!!!

Everytime I go to Jacksonville, I stay at this hotel. It is quite nice. All of the staff is friendly and always there when you need them. The continental breakfast is great! And the hotel is located near some shopping.

pleasent and kind atmosphere

This hotel is quite new, the staff here were absolutly grand. The breakfast area was very nice and set up to find things easy and the breakfast staff were exceptionally pleasant. And willing to help if needed. She seemed to be there always checking and refilling and it was nice because if someone needed something, she was there, no need to hunt down someone. We stayed in the cool months so the pool wasn't in use, but the rest of the hotel spoke for it. Very clean, nice rooms and a great staff. I would recommend this hotel to others if you are looking for a relaxing, pleasent stay.
