Gas Stolen and Hotel Management Not Honest

The Hotel itself is new, clean and greatly located. However the management is not honest.
My rental car had a full tank of gas and the trip meter showed 29mpg. The next morning I was below 3/4 of a tank and the computer registered 18mpg! Talked to the manager about it and he didn't seem to care.
I stayed for two days such as my receipt reflected. When I checked my credit card bill they added a charge for another night. When I called the hotel they said there was still luggage in the room. I promptly sent them my airline receipts (with time of departure which was early am) proving that I was not in the area for the extra night. The manager said he would take care of it.
Well after two weeks the charge was not removed. The hotel was called numerous times but the manager was never available and would not return my phone calls. The problem was elevated to the Holiday Inn guest relations and the manager wouldn't even return their calls!
The guest relations sent me a check to cover the charges...
