Hampton Inn and Suites Chicago Addison, Addison

First off, when I came to check in to my room, the staff said they couldn't find my reservation. Once they did find it, it was a smoking handicap room, which is not what I even came close to reserving. Once I got into my room, there were dirty towels left behind in the bathtub. The air conditioner kept leaking also. For a new hotel, it is pretty shaddy on the inside. While leaving in the morning to go to my meetings, the person at the front desk was very rude and cranky; almost as if she did not want to be there. The only nice person was the breakfast lady. Once I returned in the evening, I saw the front desk worker sitting on the couch watching tv. A couple of times I called down to the front desk to speak with the manager, which somehow was out of the office again. Everytime I tried to speak with the manager, she seemed to be too busy to speak with me. The only good thing about this hotel was the cab ride to the airport.
