We spent a night in this hotel last weekend and it was just perfect.The location could not be better, just seconds from the main shopping area,and the best bars and night clubs.Very nice and helpful staff made sure our stay is woderful.As this was a surprise for my wife for our wedding anniversary I wanted to make sure I will get a nice room so I informed the hotel about this at the time of booking.The room ( was very nice and clean and as we entered the room we were pleasantly surprised to find a small bottle of champagne with strawberries on ice served a nice cocktail glass and a letter from the hotel congratulating us on our wedding anniversary. Along with the flowers and fresh fruits this was a nice touch and we were really impressed.The service we received was excelent troughout our stay and the Spa is a wonderful experience. The next morning we had the option to have breakfast in bed and it was excelent.I would highly reccomend this hotel to everyone who would like a romantic break.

We stayed here for 2 nights during our honeymoon in Ireland on October 2007. The decor of the lobby, restaurants and bar were impressive. But things were less that desirable once we got to the room. Room with a view consisted of a window overlooking a A/C unit and the top of the roof - we were actually concerned someone could break into our room from this vantage point. The bathroom was large, but I couldn't understand the large step up to the shower - be careful when your getting out! The pressure is strong, very strong, here in the shower - some might like that. Problems arose during checkout when they charged us for 4 breakfast buffets when we were told they were complementary by the waiter that served us. This added an extra 80 euro to our bill and they absolutely refused to budge on THEIR mistake. For that alone, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to any friends.

What a wonderful hotel. Brilliant location, service and amazing decor. The best hotel and restaurant we've been to in Dublin. The hotel houses the most amazing spa we have ever been to..make sure to visit it during your stay..it's a must.
