NOT RECOMMENDED

The inn was a decent hotel, fairly clean. However, when we checked in we were quoted, signed and agreed to a rate much lower than what we were billed at checkout. When I questioned the charges I was referred to "the manager" who never called me back. Plus the room view was garden level, the pool was cold and a weird aluminum thing, just a bad experience overall.

well
By ,
This is a nice little town. I have to say that the room we had was less then what i expected from the conversation i had with the young man that i booked it with. The room was suppose to have just been remolded but you could have fooled me. The smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling. The dead bolt looked like someone had tried to break the door down and the brass lock bar that you are suppose to lay across the door had nothing to hold it. there were plain alum. blinds on the window. this was on the ground floor. these are not something that should be there. it should be a heavy curtain to keep the light out so a person can sleep in in the morning. the beds were less then comfortable for sure. There was a fridge in the room which was nice. it wasn't suppose to be there but it was. i would recomend this hotel to anyone that doesn't expect too much. anyone with a bad back will have trouble sleeping.

Nice place to stay.
By ,
This was a clean, decent place to stay in Gardiner. It was convenient to the north entrance of yellowstone. The rooms were large and had a refrigerator, which was a nice touch. There is no elevator , so make sure if you can't climb the stairs you reserve a first floor room. The continental breakfast wasn't extensive (muffins, bagels, coffee, juice) but it was fresh. There is a coin-op washer/dryer on site which was nice. Staff was helpful - there was a mix up with our reservation which they were very helpful about correcting.

Would probably stay here again
By ,
The room was comfortable and clean; internet worked good, beds alittle hard, no hair dryer, or iron/ironing board. Neighbor noises were easily heard most of the night. Location was easy to find, good highway access. Breakfast was good. We would more than likely stay here again.

Great!...
By ,
It's under new Management and the employee are friendly and look like they really care for your needs and the place has improved very much the service is good, its clean and as fare as the price goes, I think it's GREAT!.. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to try something different all the rooms has a different theme and that's what makes it different from the others. I was there 2 years ago the place was pretty bad my rooms where not to clean and it look like a cheap motel. I would like to say thank you to the Management and staff in making my stay Great!
