The Ivy Bed Breakfast is a luxurious Queen Anne home in the historic district of old Warrenton, located in North Carolinas Lakes District, about an hour north of the Triangle. One will find southern hospitality at its finest. The hotel amenities include a wrap around porch, canopied beds, fireplaces, a baby grand piano in the parlor, old fashioned or modern baths with footed tub or whirlpool, antiques, sumptuous decor, and beautiful gardens. The cuisine ranges from country biscuits and sausage gravy to stuffed French toast or waffles banana foster. There is a hosted evening social hour with hors d oeuvres and beverages. In short, the hotel offers everything one wants in a bed and breakfast in a historic town full of ante bellum homes, antique shops, a real Main Street, and wonderful people. The guest rooms are named after the ladies of the house who lived here during its history. All rooms feature queen-sized beds, beautiful heart pine floors, lovely window treatments and interesting antiques. The property has four lovely bedrooms and three baths. The Ivy Suite consists of two of the rooms connected by the adjoining bath.
