We stayed at Jim and Kathy's Alaskan Host in Willow on the long drive from Anchorage to Denali. Its really a 200 acre resort but they only charge B & B rates. The lake's pretty and our room had its own entrance which is a big plus for me. It had 2 king beds and a huge spa which we put to good use after hiking their trails. Jim's wildlife museum was fascinating and he tells the best hunting stories! Truly,they made us feel so welcome I can't think of a single complaint. Made us want to visit Alaska and stop there again...got to get her omelette recipe
