Karras Bed & Breakfast, Sitka

I spent 4 nights at the Karras B&B. From the first class linen to Pete's sour dough pancakes makes this place a treat to stay at. When I left I cried at the airport when Bertha left me there. From now on Pete and Bertha are my adopted aunt and uncle. I love them and their hospitality was unequaled in my travels. XOXO

Hello, My boyfriend, friend and I rented the top floor of Pete and Bertha's place - it was absolutely LOVELY. There is a great view of the harbour (which is even more gorgeous at night) and there is a telescope set up as well. After 2 weeks of backpacking - it was nice to relax in the living room and watch a little bit of cable TV! Pete is a bit of a silent guy, but Bertha is an absolute sweetheart. The kind of person you wish was YOUR grandma. :) Highly highly recommend this place. Lovely people and lovely place.

It is such a beautiful unique setting with some great views and the owners are very "down to earth" with the knowledge of the history of the town, people, and business being life long residents themselves - with that being said I'm very happy with the service from "Karras Bed & Breakfast"
