Nice but lacking privacy in room
By Robert, 12/14/09
A nice looking home, but the room would not have been private enough (sound proofing) to enjoy a private eveving for two. I passed on the accompadation, so can not review to other amendities.

Homestyle Comfort
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/19/09
Comfortable bed, private bathroom, lovely breakfast tray left outside door. Quiet neighborhood. Wireless internet is not dependable. An excess of knick-kacks, etc., make the room feel a little crowded. We plan to stay there again the next time we visit Seattle.

Cozy Treasure
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/18/09
We just stayed at Dibble House for three nights. It is cozy, clean and quiet. Sue, the owner, could not have been more gracious. A lovely breakfast (no hot foods except coffee) was ready for us before 7 a.m., placed on a small stool next to our door. The food was beautifully arranged and presented; fresh flowers in a tiny vase added to the charm. Plenty to eat: fresh fruit, yogurt and something baked. Good value and a safe neighborhood. Visit was arranged by email. Being close to our children's home was a plus. We would definitely return anytime we visit Seattle.

Wouldn't go back if you paid me!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/30/09
Just stayed at the place and was shocked that it is advertised as a B&B. No breakfast prepared unless you call a box of Cherrios, eggs in the fridge, and toast on the counter a breakfast. We were told to help ourselves to whatever we wanted in the fridge, but had expected to actually be taken care of instead of fending for ourselves. If you're interested in renting a basement apartment with very little windows, then this is the place for you! However, if you would like to actually be treated like a quest in someone's home and have normal interactions with them (besides the occasional visit to use the washer and dryer) I would suggest staying somewhere else. Overall a very awkward and weird experience! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Would have much rather paid more to stay somewhere different!

You'll be well taken care of
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/6/07
It's been a few years since I stayed at this well-established B&B, but my stay was very comfortable, and the breakfast was outstanding. This classic home is filled with antiques and interesting things to look at. Sue goes out of her way to make sure her guests are comfortable, and that she serves a breakfast they want and like (and she's very accomdating of dietary restrictions). She makes a bread pudding with day-old doughnuts that is so good, it's wicked! I don't know how she does it, but she made me feel very welcome in her home. Downtown Seattle is about 8 miles away, but the B&B is only a few minutes drive from historic Ballard, which has many new trendy restaurants and nightclubs (more for drinking/people watching, not dancing). I definitely recommend staying here.

I've never felt this at home when i have gone on vacation before. Sue Gregor, the owner made me feel very welcome in her home. I can't thank her enough for my wonderful stay in Seattle.

A Little Slice of Heaven!!
By DAVID, 2/4/07
This Bed and Breakfast is family owned and just the best place I have ever stayed. You will be welcomed by a loving family who will make you feel so at home, you never want to leave. I recommend this B&B to anyone traveling through Seattle who wants to really experience Seattle. The service was outstanding and the breakfast was divine. My bedroom was very comfortable and peaceful. The locaton was very convinient. Within walking distance of downtown Ballard, playgrounds for the kids and other wonderful experiences waiting for you to discover!
