Free guest refreshment center offers water, colas, juices, coffee and snacks. Evening turndown service includes freshly baked cookies. Gorgeous public rooms are ideal for both couples and larger groups.
Very creepy and rude host. This was a very bad experience for my wife and I. We left early to stay at a much nicer hotel. No refund. Stay Away from this B&B. The host is a real jerk!
The service was outstanding from the moment of arrival. They could not have been more welcoming or made us feel more like kings and queens in that beautiful inn. It was clean, quiet, breakfasts were scrumptious and you couldn't beat the wine and cheese happy hour! Being within walking distance of downtown Charlevoix was a big plus as was the convenience of walking right next door to Grey Gables restaurant. We didn't want to leave this place and will unquestionably go back and send family friends that way.
