Lots of potential but could be better

This B&B, while at an advantageous location in a quaint northern Vermont town, suffers from some drawbacks. The establishment does not take credit cards, the upstairs bedroom was hot and not air conditioned, and the hostess suggested a 10 PM curfew. Breakfast was so-so. The eggs were cold and the coffee was of the instant variety. The hostess was somewhat intrusive in terms of conversation.
Otherwise, the location is walking distance to the local museum, library and art gallery, and bowling alley. Also a short walk to downtown areas with small shops and a movie theater.
A very quaint Northern Vermont town. I just wish that this B&B would update to include such things as Wireless Internet and credit cards.
