Eagles on the River Bed and Breakfast, Wabasha

We had booked the "Honeymoon Suite"(Hoffman Suite) for our wedding that weekend. The first thing we noticed upon arriving was the AC sounding like a jackhammer. The room was dirty, floor had not been swept with dead bugs and hornets waiting to be stepped on, in the bathroom the towel rungs were falling out of the wall- couldn't hang our towels up, countless # of spiderwebs with more dead bugs, the king size bed caved in the middle, all because they did not bother to set the bed frame up correctly, and a sign on the french doors that we were NOT to use the balcony! The owners argued with us that they tried to fix the AC but couldn't(all of this while we were trying to ready ourselves for our wedding! We wanted a retreat and honeymoon, instead got a "fixer-upper". Don't waste your time, unless you like the headache.
