This place was a gem
My husband felt like we really lucked out in stumbling into this B&B. We fell in love with the location. It is very close to Shelburne Museum, Shelburne Farms, and Burlington but in a beautiful country setting. Who would have known?
There is a lovely front porch with a nice view. And the backyard is equally lovely with the landscaping, view, and pool. Yes, I love a good view and this one had it.
And a little thing, but I love dogs (especially those I classify as "happy" dogs). And this B&B comes with one that was quite nice.
I found this B&B to be an exceptional value. just as the title suggests, it's a gem. There are plenty of living spaces in this B&B, however it does not house very many guests; the owners have their own separate annex...there is an intercom to contact the hosts if they are not in the guest section of the B&B. The host was readily available and helpful.
