New England House Bed and Breakfast, Yachats

We stayed here for our anniversary and loved it. The hosts were very sweet and were available if you needed them, but because you were in your own separate part of the house (with your own entrance)you had all the privacy you wanted. The breakfast was a wonderful full breakfast served at your own dining table that looked out to the ocean. You tell them what time you want to eat, and Lilly comes in to your kitchen 30 minute prior and cooks your meal. She lays out all 5 courses in front of you at once, says enjoy, and leaves you to a private breakfast. All this privacy might not be what some want in a B&B but it's just what we love. We don't care to sit around a table and have to make small talk over breakfast first thing in the morning. At the New England House you are the only guests. You have your own living area, kitchen, dining area, bedroom and bathroom. It very comfortable, clean, and decorated nicely. You also have your own private deck that looks out to the ocean. Though it's not ocean front, you can see the waves and area about a 1 block walk to the sand. I highly recommend staying at the New England House. We will be be back again.
