maybe air conditioner in 90 degree weather, but they gave us window fans,liked the super breakfast and the homey atmostphere... and the beautiful sunsets

The Kinsman Lodge was clean, comfortable, authentic, and quite appealing. Then owner treats her guests like treasured friends, but without being intrusive. The setting is lovely and peaceful. Breakfast was perfect. We enjoyed immensely talking with the other guests, mostly young people from Europe. Highly recommended if you like to stay somewhere that feels "real". We loved this unique place.

Fabulous hospitality, down home comfort and a breakfast spread that cannot be beat! The rocking chairs on the porch overlooking the valley on a warm day or the comfy seating by the fire on a cool day are equally nice. The best spot to spend a night in the region.

The Kinsman Lodge is terrific. It is a warm, friendly and well kept place. You always feel welcomed and the morning breakfast is the best. This will be our 6th year back and it feels like we going home again.
