We go every year..........

You can feel at home at Captain Sawyer's. From the beautiful vantage point overlooking Boothbay Harbor to the warm friendly atmosphere, this is truely a place to let the stresses of the world fade away. My wife and I spend our honeymoon at Captain Sawyer's every year. There is no rating high enough for this place.

The best place to stay

We have stayed here since the late 1980's; Kim is friendly, helpful and full of knowledge; it is like staying with a loving relative. The rooms are very comfortable and the food is great. I just love her sign.

What a find!

The location was second to none. The Cptain's quarters was a wonderful room. Kim keeps everything spotless and in full wrking order. The breakfasts are unbelievably good and Kim is the perfect unobtrusive but attentive host. Don't be put off by the outside of the property looking a bit run down. Kimand her boys are working on it and getting there.
