Sold and will re-open in 2011 as Apple Knoll Inn

The Apple Knoll Inn is 2 minutes from the Weston village Green and Theater House. It has been Sold and the new owners will be offering B&B service, along with private dinners for guests.

Charm and Romance

The Darling Family Inn is charming and romantic. It is family owned and operated which lends to its feeling of comfort. I am looking forward to returning... just for Chapin's pancakes. The recipe is a closely guarded secret!
