This cozy bed and breakfast is located on the American side of the Niagara Falls. The three storey venue, built in 1917, was recently renovated. Only four rooms are available and each room has its own unique personality. Each comes with a private bath, cozy bed, TV, hairdryer and radio. The B&B lies close to the magnificent Falls and the Seneca Niagara Casino. Excellent Choice

Mike and Marcia are wonderful hosts. They are there if needed but certainly do not 'crowd' their guests either. We loved the location and walked everyhere which is what we wanted to do. The bed linens - superb. The breakfast? Made it a REAL value and took away our need to lunch it was so generous. Don't miss Lewiston if you come here...and try and come during an art show - well done art and easy to peruse...GREAT weekend trip this was.

My parents loved the Butler House

I made arrangements with the Butler House For my parents anniversary. Mike and Marcia took wonderful care of them and they had a great time.
