Generous Breakfasts, Good location

I stayed at the Richmond Place Inn for a few days. I met Mr. Ferby, Cynthia Pringle, and others. I understand that it is basically a small family operated company. It’s an old house that has been converted into a B &B. It’s located in a residential area near the intersection of North Street &Richmond Avenue. It definitely has a dated look and was pretty clean. Meat lovers will adore the generous breakfasts that were provided. I don’t know whether the breakfasts were free or just included.
The location is good; it is near Walgreens, historic Allentown; And not far too from the Peace Bridge, downtown Buffalo, restaurants/diners, banks. An enjoyable stay definitely requires planning ahead and having a cell phone; Bringing an iphone, blackberry, smart phone or a similar device is probably best.
The room had a bathroom, microwave, small fridge, T.V., bed, closet. The accommodation is good for short stays (e.g. weekends) and for those who are self sufficient. Most of the time, breakfast time, was the best or the only time to talk with staff. I’m sure the accommodation at the Richmond Place Inn – B &B is both more affordable and nicer than other places; There are a number of hotels, B&B, motels, in the Region.
