Stay Away!!!!!

This place is a HUGE disappointment! Made reservations five days before we were to show up. Had a family emergency and had to cancel. They still charged a full night even though we canceled more than 48 hours in advance!!! I could understand a percentage of a night but a full night stay is too much to ask of anyone. They didn't even offer to change to another date to arrive. They went straight for the charge on our card. Although they were very curtious to send the reciept of the charge to our card very promptly! My recommendation is to stay away. After we cancelled, we did notice other poor reviews on various websites. Glad we never went.
