Nothing but the pool...
When we arrived at the Fingerlakes Inn tired from a long flight and a day at Six Flags we found out that the room we had reserved in May, (This was July) was not the right room. Not only was it noe the right room but the hotel looked nothing like it did online. We had a conformation letter for 2 queens with a pull out couch so that we could sleep our family of 5. The room had two doubles and no couch. We went to the hotel office and politely stated that our room was not correct and were told we could move to the "suite" downstairs, that it was the last available room for the night. When we moved everything down to the "Suite" we were in for another suprise. A water pipe hanging out of the center of the ceiling over the bed. What a "suite" indeed. When we woke up in the morning we went to the office to see if we could be refunded part of the money for the inconveninece. We were rudely informed that, "We were not told that we had to move and that we had the other room at no additional charge... we were lucky for that."
I would not recommend anyone who wants a pleasent stay not to mention a good nights sleep to stay at the Fingerlakes Inn.
P.S. After driving around the hotel we found that the picture you see on the internet is in fact the SIDE of the hotel. The pool was the only REAL thing off the internet.
