A Delightful Stop

The Middlefield Guest House was a pleasant stop along the way. Jackie is quite well traveled and very interesting to talk to. After a nice quiet sleep, breakfast was so good that it was hard to believe.

Country Comfort

The Middlefield Guest House was a great find and Jackie was a wonderful host. The B&B is off the beaten path in the middle of farmland, not far from the Ommegang Brewery. The 10 minute drive over the hill to Cooperstown provided gorgeous country scenery. At night, we enjoyed looking through all of Jackie's travel photo albums. In the morning, Jackie provided a feast: fruit cup, blueberry pancakes, sausages, and coffecake.
