Planning our third visit, '06 '07 and now '08
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/4/08
Always look forward to returning. Rooms are unique and authentic. Service and gourmet breakfasts, A-one. We visit here for our annual. "three sisters reunion". More comfortable than a hotel. Always great conversations at breakfast!!.

Highly recommend!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/20/08
What a gem! I came across the Mandonlin Inn while trying to find acbetter alternative hotel on a recent work trip to Dubuque. The Inn is quaint, charming and the innkeeper, Ann, is gracious and incredibly accomodating. The rooms have goose down comforters, antiques and wireless...the best of everything. And, you get a gourmet breakfast and wine to boot!

this is the best bed and breakfast
By Dan, 10/6/06
this place is great. When you first arrive you get a glass a wine and told about the history. then you get a tour. the rooms are a little small in size but very clean. there are 2 cats there. one you will never see and the other is always seeking attention. the breakfast was great. this place makes you feel at home actually a lot better then home. only problem we had, there was a mix up on our reservation, and had to stay at another bed and breakfast. we had a suite their but it was no were as nice as the Mandolin.
