Ambrosia Inn, Hazel Green

The owners are great nothing like the old guy. People were great to deal with and log cabin was clean and comfortable.

This is a beautiful place!I will come back every year.I was amazed by the beauty of the cabin.I am glad I chose to come to the Ambrosia Inn.The people are so kind and nice!There is noting I dislike about this wonderful place.

I liked this place they have a new owner and verry nice. the privce was very cheap and the place was super clean. definatly coming back here.

My wife and I were a little skeptical at the remarks about the Ambroaia Inn atfer seeing some of the review's, but went anyway and to our surprise we were very impressed with the new owner 's and the face lift of the Inn. We stayed in the Silo it was done in the American Living theme in red white and blue and it was great and clean! clean! clean! we will be back Thank you for a great experience for our 10 year aniversery. My wife and I had a gift certificate for this place, it's been years since we last stayed, but it was a 100% improvement. The new owners refurnished all the bedding, beautiful land scaping (used to have alot of dead trees and over grown with grass) and very clean. No problems with anything. We will be going back for 4th of July weekend and can't wait to see what else they did with the place. Very happy with the new owners and would recommend it to anyone. Thanks again!

My fiancee and I went for a small get away and it was a nightmare. The owner a great man, he was a little scary. We did notice the room was dirty and it was a little weird that he asked for cash not a credit card. When we came back to the room from dinner we pulled the covers to go to bed and the bed had not been made and there was tissue paper on the bedding. The bed had not been made since the last guest.... IT WAS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER....

My husband and I recently stayed at the Ambrosia Inn and were hugely disappointed. It was overpriced and our cabin was dirty, had cobwebs everywhere, and the toilet had a moldy ring around the water line - it hadn't been scrubbed for quite a long time. There were stains on the bedding and dead bugs on the floor. The owner was very polite and hospitable but he obviously doesn't have what it takes to operate a bed & breakfast type business such as this. The pictures on the website were taken long ago. Our car was the only one parked there and most other bed and breakfasts around the area had no vacancies. We were unsuspecting guests who got taken by a charming looking website that was nothing like it appeared. Our credit card was charged for the first night long before we got there and if we would have cancelled the 2nd night, we would have had to pay a cancellation fee, so we honored our reservation but stayed there only when it was time to sleep. We checked out early the following morning.

My husband and I had stayed at two other cottages in the Ambrosia collection over the past five years. This June we went haveing not been for two or three years we were disgusted by the mold,dead bugs, dirty room. The linens were worn with holes. The wooded areas are being taken over by new housing. The web site needs updating the truth is not in the description. Owner rude promised us a refund did not stay; but found he charged us twice am still waiting for refund.

This place was such an utter disappointment. The rooms are small, the ammenities are a joke and the place is absolutely filthy. Our cabin was full of dead ladybugs (in the whirlpool, shower, beds, floors), Cobwebs everywhere and nothing was clean. We stayed 12 hours and couldn't wait to leave. We cancelled our second night and hit the road.

the cabins are nice the rooms are nice, but dirty, (yuk dirty) way too many cabins too close to each other no privacy, nice guy nice town, its a unique site thats about it. Will not stay there again I used my sweater for a pillow case
