Being told that we had to check out as early as possible (even though the check out time is 11a.m.) Being told how immaculate they keep their room with the beforementioned spot on couch, dirt and grim on the baseboards, and a light fixture that just stopped working. Claiming for The Grayhaven to be dog friendly and then constantly making disparaging remarks about how dirty our room would be when we left. We brought our own bedspread, throws for the couch, our own towels, and such. A stagnant pond behind the motel that was a breding ground for mosguitos that made it impossible to enjoy the dog play area. Person at front desk totally not fitted for customer service duties.
