Nice and Quiet
We found the innkeeper, Doris, to be very attentive and knowledgeable; she was friendly and happy to help orient us in the area. The house is cozy and inviting, located about 20 minutes' drive from Ithaca on a main road (pretty but not very secluded) in the town of Dryden. The rooms are not big, but are historic and very well cared for; not all of them have bathtubs. The innkeepers have cats. Books are available to peruse, and parking is easy. We would recommend it for a good value weekend getaway when no special amenities (jacuzzi, DVD player, close proximity to activities...) are desired.
