While the location is pretty great, this bed "and breakfast" (in quotes because there isn't one) should be avoided if possible. It's somewhat run down, the king rooms are just passable and the queen rooms are unacceptable in just about every way from having literally no heat in the winter to having an airplane-sized bathroom down the hall and a squeaky old bed, etc. If you have extremely low expectations, you will probably be satisfied. If you regularly travel, however, you will be sorely disappointed. We literally left a day early rather than deal with the queen room another night (switched between 2 king rooms for 3 days, queen room one day).
