Just OK
The hosts were very sweet and made a nice breakfast. However, when I hear "private bath" I usually figure it's in the room. The "private" bath for the ground floor bedroom is across the kitchen! It was very awkward, especially since they are often in there. Also the bedroom was a little dusty.
