The owners took us at the last minute and provided us with a discount for their "penthouse" room, a large one with 2 queen beds and an amazing view of P-Town. It was just a short walk to Commercial Street so it was conveniently located. The owners were wonderful and went our of their way to accommodate us. We will most definitely be staying there again.

I enjoyed every day I spent there this summer. Walking distance to the main thorofare about 3 hundred feet and quiet. Bike shop across the street. The main house is beautiful and well furnished and clean. The owner did some jugggling around and made room for me the last minute, she is wonderful. Nothing not to like.

I have stayed there several times in the past few years. The owner & staff are great, friendly, helpful. The rooms have a great New England charm. And it is located just west of town center, very easy to get everywhere.

Simply put, I could not have had a better experience. I've stayed at many B&Bs in the past, and have had at least one complaint about each, but this place was stellar in every way. The owners are amazingly friendly, and most importantly, accomodating in every way possible. I was impressed with their service, thoughtfulness, tasty breakfast and flat-out gorgeous rooms. Take my advice and stay in the pink room with the king sized bed. It is beautifully appointed. It is also close to all the action in Provincetown! I wish I was still there!
