2 reviews for Hearth House, Bristol
We were quite pleased.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/25/08
I am writing this review because I saw the other one that made the Hearth House sound absolutly intollerable. We enjoyed our stay there. We did not have any problems with Angie. However, the experience was made pleasureable from her husband, Tony. He was an extremly gracious host and most helpful as to the attractions in the area that we might find of interest. My husband and he certainly had some lively conversations. The rooms were clean and quite comfortable. Ms Zumwalt

Nice place BUT HORRIBLE HOSTESS
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/16/06
While the Hearth House offers comfortable accommodations in Bristol, the lady of the manor, Angie, definitely does not provide service with a smile. If you want to feel likle you're living with your parents again, give this place a try. We were attending an afternoon wedding in the middle of July and were reprimanded for not letting the cleaning lady into our room when it was most convenient for her and for not letting her know that we were not going to have breakfast on Sunday morning before departing. Angie is snippy, rude, and goes out of her way to make her guests feel not welcome. There are plenty of other lodgings in Bristol, RI. I would cancel my next trip to Bristol before staying at the Harth House again.
