Built in 1828 and originally owned by a prominent sea captain, this Federal/Colonial-style inn was completely restored in 1994. Now on the National Register of Historic Places, the B&B features original wide pine floors and antique-furnished guest rooms. More up-to-date features include air conditioning, TV and Jacuzzi as well as computer/Internet access. While situated for maximum privacy, the inn is also close to South Yarmouth/Bass River tennis courts and 18-hole golf course, as well as hiking and biking trails.

Excellent Bed & Breakfast

Robert and Sue feel more like friends than innkeepers. Their BB& is spotless. The rooms are lovely - we've stayed in the suite. Breakfasts are a real treat and afternoon teas an added bonus. Robert and Sue are accomodating hosts. Their attention to every detail is obvious. B&Bers need to check this one out. You'll return time and again. We had our 11 year old daughter who is very matured for her age. She loved Robert and Sue they were packing her little treats in a bag for her daily trips on the cape.

If you are looking for a great b&B on the cape, THIS IS THE PLACE! Great food, incredible decor - very comfortable beds and the jacuzzi is AWESOME! I will be visiting MANY more times in the future!

I LOVED THIS PLACE, EVEN THE GHOST! YES I DID SEE "IT", FRIENDLY BUT SCARY. THE INN WAS VERY NICE, KEEPERS VERY FRIENDLY AND THEY WERE AWARE OF THE GHOST. STORY IS IT IS THE ORIGINAL BUILDER/OWNER THAT HAUNTS THE BARN AND THE BEDROOM, 1ST FLOOR-LEFT. CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK!
